Arigato Farmはウガンダの農村地域に位置し、強い日差しと雨季の恵みを受けながら作物を育てています。 雨季にはコーヒーチェリーは比較的均一に熟し、乾季の強い日差しは成熟をゆっくり進めます。 こうした自然条件に合わせて収穫時期や管理方法を調整しています。 Arigato Farm is located in rural Uganda, where strong sunshine and seasonal rains define how crops grow. During the rainy season, coffee cherries tend to ripen more evenly. Under strong dry-season sun, ripening becomes slower. We adjust our harvest timing and field management according to these natural conditions.

統合型農業 Integrated farming

養豚も行い、家畜由来の有機肥料を畑に活用することで、土壌の力を高める循環型の農業を実践しています。 We also raise pigs and return organic manure to the fields, creating a natural nutrient cycle that strengthens the soil.
